As part of our Chinese New Year Celebrations we had a special visit from an authentic Chinese dragon group from the village in China that Charlie Yu, head chef of Yu and You comes from.  Entertaining everyone with a traditional celebratory Lion dance, originating from the legend of the monster known as Nian and ending with the scattering of lettuce leaves to symbolize a fresh start for the new year and the spreading of good luck.
