Embracing the 'good in good out' philosophy, our experienced sourcing team work with specialist ingredients partners to ensure we can create the most authentic taste experience. Many of our partners have been with us since the very early days and our collaborative quality focused approach has allowed great progress to be made in our recipe development. From bespoke marinated meats to oven roasted vegetables we make a real meal of finding the best ingredients.

Who we work with

We supply across a wide range of industries and channels including the UK foodservice sector, UK private label retail category and the European market. In addition to this we are an established development partner, co-packer and license holder for a number of leading global brands. Our products feature on the menus and supermarket shelves of some of the biggest household names up and down the country and we have continued to pick up awards and accolades for the quality of our dishes. We create bespoke solutions for each of our customers and maintain a flexible approach to the specific needs of each of the projects we work on. Our heavy investment in technical standards and industry accreditations means we are well placed to meet the requirements across our channels and markets.

Food safety and quality are a way of life at Authentic. We have rigorous internal procedures that ensure our sites operate to the highest industry standards. All our sites are independently audited and certified and we are proud to be certified to additional schemes including Sedex, The Vegetarian society and many other leading independent retail and foodservice standards.

We work closely with our customers, government and industry bodies and play an active role in food safety initiatives, which help to shape the future of our industry. Our work in this area has meant that we are at the forefront of development, building the best possible standards, systems, and ultimately, products for consumers.
